This project grows from the act of collecting — slow walks through the forest, guided by curiosity, touch, and attention to small details. Natural materials found on the forest floor become starting points for textile exploration, not as decoration, but as carriers of texture, form, and character.

Through careful experimentation, these raw materials are integrated into textiles using different techniques such as surface design, textile enhancement, filling, or as tools for making marks. The focus lies on preserving the aesthetic and sensory qualities of each material while exploring respectful and mindful ways of working with nature.

The outcome is an experimental textile pattern collection composed of and shaped by forest materials — inviting viewers to slow down, engage their senses, and rediscover the quiet beauty of overlooked natural elements.
